Refund policy

All Sales Final — Digital Downloads

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, all sales at AnalyticsByShanikwa are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital downloads once a purchase has been completed and the file has been made available for download.

Why No Refunds?
Digital products (Google Sheets and Excel templates) are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the file can be downloaded and used right away, we are unable to accept returns in the way a physical product store can.

Exceptions
We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you if a genuine technical issue prevents you from accessing your purchase. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

- The download link is broken or expired
- The file is corrupted or does not open
- You received the wrong file from what was described

In these cases, we will either resend your download or issue a store credit at our discretion.
